No. Lessons work right in your browser — nothing to install, no sign-up. Accounts and saved progress are a future addition.
No. We teach skills and frameworks so you can reach your own conclusions. The Stud Works does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
We're faithful to real source documents and real numbers, and we verify the math in every worked example. Our first lesson is built on the Champlain Housing Trust resale formula.
